Thank you for enrolling in Rx Kids! Schedule a time to pick up your debit card for Rx Kids securely. Participants are asked to bring a form of photo-ID. Debit cards will not be issued without a photo-ID.

If you do not have a photo-ID available, please bring same the non-photo ID you used in your application.

Photo and story-telling opportunities are often available at debit card pick ups. Please feel free to share your story with our media team!
